Maybe the ticket fees could be used to > fund free courses. :) Necessity is the mother of invention, I think we could be amazed at what drivers are capable of if they have no choice (like stringent hosting-language examinations BEFORE landed status and not after). The ticketing will become very fast and could even be autamted via AI. As for our dearest insurers I see their game already: whip the topic up real high, raise the rates accordingly, but then keep them there after the lawmakers have cleaned up the scene :-)
