And let's remember, Tom's wife was driving in the left lane of two before she entered a roundabout, which was against the law. He likes to point out that that can't have been important to the accident, because it wasn't mentioned in the police report... ....but then neither was the other driver's speeding... ....which he insists was responsible for the accident.
