Also depends on when you go riding. Most of my rides are on the
Suncoast trail, are mid day when it's 80 degrees or more, and only
very rarely do I go on a weekend or holiday. On a 50 mile ride I
probably only encounter 15 or 20 others and most of them will be on
the 6 mile Starkey Park segment of my ride. On the 38 miles on the
Suncoast I often see no more than a half dozen or so other people.

That said, I'm thinking about a ride this coming Sunday and I expect
to see many more.
