Nobody ever adopted it, and there's rather too much around to make practical to use it as a currency. Money is just an abstraction, invented to serve a medium of exchange. Using lumps of rare metals as the medium of exchange made it more difficult for people to cheat, but block-chains serve the same purpose. We need governments with enough sense to see it that way - not that there's much chance of that. -- Bill Sloman, Sydney -- This email has been checked for viruses by Norton antivirus software. www.norton.com
