Bonjour,

Le téléphone de ma mère a depuis quelques jours un problème de son :
tout fonctionne sauf le téléphone. On entend rien, le bouton haut
parleur est grisé et le micro ne fonctionne pas.

J’ai fait la màj iOs disponible et rien de nouveau : tous les sons sont
bons, sauf le téléphone.

Quelqu’un a une idée ?

Souvenez-vous qu'on peut être hermétique – et ne rien renfermer. 
N'oubliez pas qu'hermétique cela veut dire aussi « bouché » !
