Une preprint ! Et tu oublies une grande partie de la conclusion :

"Cependant, aucune signification statistique n'a été atteinte pour les 
résultats individuels des soins intensifs et les décès. Davantage d'ECR 
et l'achèvement d'essais en cours sont largement nécessaires pour 
établir avec précision l'association entre l'utilisation de la vitamine 
D et le COVID-19."

Encore une étude qui conclut qu'il faut encore étudier pour conclure.
