Oui c'est bizarre d'autant plus que les installations ont été rénovées 
il n'y a pas si longtemps.
Ce type de fonctionnement me fait penser à certains équipements 
industriels en sommeil qu'il faut réveiller de temps à autre pour 
s'assurer qu'ils répondent à l'appel en cas de besoin ou tout simplement 
pour conserver leurs autorisations d’exploitation.
