Ca ce n'est pas une question IoT, mais une question vidéo ou linux.

Question réseau: interception DNS, et si certificat HTTPS ça semble
impossible.

Probablement un gateway entre un réseau de terrain sans-fil (style
Z-Wave, Zigbee) ou filaire et des services Internet.

Typiquement ici j'exploite sur un système embarqué apu2 un gateway
Z-Wave avec un peu de domotique (capteurs de température, commande
d'équipements, mesure de consommation, etc) grâce au logiciel python
home-assistant.

Et pour les capteurs qui sont respectivement à 50m, 200m et 6 km.
j'exploite un gateway LoRaWAN sur une montagne, interfaçant le protocole
économique et longue distance LoRa au réseau LoRaWAN collaboratif
TheThingsNetwork.org. Et ensuite je graphe les données sur munin. Je
n'ai pas intégré à home-assistant car ça prédate ça et je ne fais
actuellement pas de commande sur LoRaWAN.

Et enfin, j'ai un capteur de consommation électrique du bâtiment entier
branché en Ethernet + POE (20m de câble vers la cave), avec protocole
TCP maison.
