OK,

Donc il n'y a pas de ligne de commande batch pour exécuter celui ci en 
mode administrateur :(
donc:
- Ouverture de "command prompt" en mode administrateur,
- accès au répertoire ou se trouve le batch,
- exécution ...

C'est pas la mer a boire !

PS: J'aurais pu passer a LINUX il y a longtemps (j'avais travaillé sous 
UNIX) mais me remettre au shell ou au C aujourd'hui ...
