Mais non Topinalfred, les subventions aux ENR ne sont pas financées par 
le contribuable mais par le consommateur final au travers de la CSPE.

C'est ce que tu nous a expliqué :"Oui, et vous avez raison. Les 
subventions de production aux énergies renouvelables sont financées au 
travers de la CSPE. "
