Dans le r=C3=A9sum=C3=A9 de la documentation de `xypdf` est =C3=A9crit : =
=C2=AB The xypdf
package works with both TeX and LaTeX in the occurrences of pdfTEX,
XeTeX and =CE=B5-TeX with dvipdfm(x) to generate PDF files =C2=BB.

Donc, clairement, ce package n'est pas compatible avec LuaLaTeX.

Ne pas recourir =C3=A0 ce package qui est tout de m=C3=AAme assez ancien et=
, si
vous utilisez vraiment certaines de ses fonctionnalit=C3=A9s, le remplacer
par un plus moderne et compatible avec LuaLaTeX (`tikz` est
probablement un bon candidat).

Pour ce qui est de la transition, je ne saurais que trop recommander le
