 Lui, il fait la distinction entre To, Tr, et Tapp.

 Il écrit même des relations du type x = Vr.Tr = Vo.To = Vapp.Tapp

 Preuve qu'il ne mélange pas tout, et comprend les conceps de base.

 T₀, c'est le temps propre. C'est Tr, en fait. 

 Comme L₀ est la longueur propre.

 C'est une notation très utilisée et partout.

 Il ne faut pas confondre avec To qui est le temps observable à partir 
d'un autre référentiel,
ni avec Tapp qui est le temps mesuré par un sujet dans ce référentiel. 

 Tu te noies dans un verre d'eau.

 T'es une cruche.
