Oui, tout à fait.
On utilisait une pompe comme pour les pneus de voiture.
Le signal pour savoir qu'il fallait regonfler, c'est que la pompe se 
mettait à tourner dès qu'on tirait un peu d'eau et s'arrêtait à la 
fermeture du robinet.
Le père de famille allait voit un voisin qui avait une pompe (à air et 
à main), regonflait l'installation. Il y avait une manomètre qui 
donnait l'indication du niveau de gonflage.
