Prenant un conducteur métallique qui chauffe, comment intervient 
l'augmentation de section provoquée par la dilatation du métal dans le 
calcul de la résistivité ?

Autrement exprimé, est-ce que cette variation de section entre dans le 
calcul ou est-ce simplement une conséquence.
