The RFC 5536 and RFC 5537 _SUPERSEDES_ the original RFC 1036, and this 
requirement it's no longer required (due to various reason, ex. it's the 
SPAM). The RFC1036 it's _NOT LONGER_ in use. Please update our info.

Very nice to say, especially when a few posts back someone in this group 
said "why blame a newsmaster who takes the trouble to read a hierarchy, 
if he can't/knows how to speak french". I should find that post again...
