comme j'habite a 11.6 km de mon boulot je fais 23.2 km par jour de 
semaine, donc 505 km par mois ( + sorties en ville ou en montagne 
éventuelles , genre 1 visite aux parents = +222 km ).

a cette aune, mes 0.3 l/mois ne semblent pas délirants.
