pour les radios en dab, sur les axes autoroutiers, au nord de paris,

sinon il y a bien nrj nord litoral

mais faut espoir "NRJ" (tout cours)
c'est NRJ en néerlandais

j'en déduis, comme pressenti, que les grands groupe français, ont encore 
demandé une dérogation à l'arcom
