Tu es sûr que ces charges sur la surface d'une sphére accélérée créent 
un champ non nul à l'intérieur ? Qu'il n'y a pas un effet du genre de 
celui qu'on a déjà vu, où la contribution du potentiel scalaire et du 
potentiel vecteur s'annulent ?
