The final two episodes of THE NIGHT AGENT before season 2 starts up later this year. In these episodes Peter and Rose manage to pull together the evidence that there was a conspiracy involved in the attack on the Metro a year ago and a potential plan to kill others. With the evidence they have that there is a plan to kill Zadar when he comes to visit the President they manage to convince the two Secret Service agents of what is going on and rescue the VP's daughter. It turns out that in addition to killing Zadar there is now a plan to kill the President. Then the VP will become the President and give out pardon's to everyone involved. The bad guys have killed communications at Camp David and with the VP's help smuggled bombs into the grounds in order to kill off Zadar and the President. Luckily Peter, Rose and the remaining Secret Service agent manage to stop the bombs from killing everyone. Which then leads to Peter going from running the phone for the Night Agent program to becoming a Night Agent. Someone who handles secret missions under the auspices of the FBI on a world wide basis which is supposed to be the setup for the second season. (Side question, would pardon's given out by the President to people who plotted and killed the former President hold up?) I also watched the latest episode of TRACKER which was discussed elsewhere Did a rewatch of SICARIO: DAY OF THE SOLDADO which was a revisit to the same team we saw in the previous movie. This time the starter event was a terrorist bombing in Kansas that appears to have been done by people that crossed the Mexico border and been at least partially funded by a Mexican cartel. This leads the US to decide to start a war between the cartels by doing various things. There's a number of events that occur in the movie that shows how you can never trust the government to have your back. Good movie and well worth watching, but don't go in expecting lots of action. There is some but it's more a mood movie with some great mood setting music. What did you watch?
