I was troubleshooting a problem that turned out to be a support person finding a really old installer but it looked like the interface was using Tls1.0 rather than the necessary Tls1.2. That led to a trip to the registry where the various Tls protocols can be enabled or disabled. The current recommendation is to disable 1.0 and 1.1.
