Why would his jury be any willing to let someone culpable off the hook for a criminal act with him than with her? He has the added liability of 1) being an actor with long experience with working guns as props, and 2) as producer, that David Halls was hired despise his bad reputation, and 3) as producer, knowing the lackidaisical attitute toward industrial hygiene on that production and saying nothing, when he had authority to put a stop to it.
