I have rarely watched "When Calls the Heart" (I did watch the "spinoff", 
"When Hope Calls").

I watch, maybe, 10-30 minutes of the show every couple of years, or 
something. I may have seen this young actress one of those rare times, 
but I couldn't tell you for sure.
