He's invoking some confused hodge-podge thing which is some mix of genome sequence and the Genetic Code. Genetic Code of course means the matching between nucleotide triplets and amino acids or stops. Of course it is also true that he has utterly failed to understand how the 2nd law of thermodynamics actually works within a system that is a chemical engine that burns through vast quantities of free energy.
