I think you see more Unicode symbols in the idiot’s quoted material.
My newsreader automatically corrects his character set errors.

However, I still see the punctuation marks he deliberately uses
to censor other people’s naughty words. And I’ve no idea what
he’s trying to censor in P"SP"I.
