He appears to be asserting that you are saying: (all other people around you are forced [to pay taxes)) =3D> (you like paying taxes) which is a distortion of what you are saying. He, OTOH, appears to be working with the proposition (I only pay taxes because I am forced to do so) =3D> (everyone who pays taxes is forced to do so) at least as far as I can tell.
