The judicial error was that her sentence was based on participating in
the tax and bank fraud scheme starting in 2006 but the government had
presented evidence that her participation began in 2007 and not earlier.
The trial court judge improperly applied sentencing guidelines.

The convictions of her husband Todd Chrisley and their accountant Peter
Tarantino were upheld.
