This SOUNDS great ... BUT ... it is a micro-engineered material - layers of thin concrete between films of polymer. Preventing crack propagation is the key. In short, it is NOT an all-purpose construction material. At BEST, for a HIGH price, maybe some major support columns could be made for buildings. This would be an improvement, but not all-purpose protection. This is yet another case of where lab results SEEM so great, but cannot be scaled into real-world production/products. Hmmm ... can mixable FLAKES of polymer film be added to traditional concrete ??? THAT would be practical. DO note that polymers generally are NOT "forever", esp in alkaline environs like concrete.
