I wasn't quite as negative, but I have to admit this was one of Gvmers poorer videos. It was exceptionally shallow; little more than a chronological listing of the games' releases. It smacked a lot of, "Hey, Unreal was cool; remember this games?" sort of reporting. But I'm not entirely sure I can fault Gvmers for not bringing in more detail when even Epic doesn't seem to understand what went wrong. In fact, the thing I took away most from the video was a reminder of the part they didn't even say: for undisclosed reasons, Epic pulled the original Unreal games from all storefronts, so there's no legitimate way to purchase new copies of the classic games anymore.
