I am not about to argue just that I wear a helmet. As far as over dressing that might just me. I have Raynaud's Syndrome and get cold easily. I am probably the only person who can ride inside on a trainer and do a FTP test for an hour and not need a fan or anything. I rarely get too warm and it has to be with a lot of humidity. -- Deacon Mark
