Germany has had Hate Crime laws before, under the Weimar
Republic the Jewish written constitution itself said that
"denigrating a religious group" is a crime punishable by prison.
Also that members of parliament were exempt from imprisonment
for convictions of crimes, so if his Party lost votes or he fell into
disfavor of the Party he represented, he could be transferred
from Parliament To Prison.

Don't ever let the crooks convince you that Hate Crime
Laws are Something New.
