A GPS "base"?  Where is it?  WHAT is it?  Look it
up on your brozer, what do you get?  Something you
can buy on Amazon.  Is THAT what you mean?

It's SO strange that a self-proclaimed "engineer"
doesn't understand when something like the GPS is
being ENGINEERED.  Again, either he is stupid or
he's being dishonest.  As I said, I don't believe
he's stupid.  Considering all the evidence that's
coming out about an afterlife,

he should really be worried about his future:

He seems to think that the reading received
from the satellite by a GPS receiver (THAT'S
a GPS "base") compared to what a GPS receiver
clock reads "proves" something.

How duplicitous!  The receiver is updated BY
the GPS signal, so the two will OBVIOUSLY
agree :-))

A "guess" by Wozniak is less reliable than his hollow
assertions about the GPS :-)
