I don’t like Bashkirov here — neither of his two recordings. But the one
with Kogan seemed to be better. Too aggressive, hate the cadenza
(Schnabels is way more fun for example) — no magic happening, too much
rock n roll or sth.

Afair gieseking is no good here, Lili kraus neither… Schnabel and
Fischer are good, but not match for pletnev or Gould.
