I hate to say it, but you're utterly wrong.  M$ replacing their kernel
with the Linux kernel would do NOTHING.  You don't know anything.
Windows' kernel is no less sleek than Linux.  The bloat is all on top.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
