I use a "nod-off" alarm hat. Home made using a hard to find mercury switch, battery, on/off switch, Sonalert and baseball hat. <https://mspindy.com/products/audible-visual-products/indicator-alarms/> If I tilt my head downward or sideways more than about 10 degrees, the alarm sounds and I lurch to attention. There are also hearing aid styled versions: <https://www.assistivetechnologyservices.com/dozealert.html> It's loud enough to wake the (almost) dead. I built it in college in about 1966 and use it when I suspect I might be at risk. I was using it regularly during my previously mentioned low blood pressure problem. I've also built a few for friends who claim that it works for them. I don't think it will work for bicycle riding. -- Jeff Liebermann jeffl@cruzio.com PO Box 272 http://www.LearnByDestroying.com Ben Lomond CA 95005-0272 Skype: JeffLiebermann AE6KS 831-336-2558
