The parent company merged streaming services HBO Max and Discovery+ into Max. Everybody who didn't work for the conglomerate thought debranding "HBO" from the streaming application was stupid. It's now been de-debranded. It will now be HBO Max. Returning the HBO brand into HBO Max will further drive the service forward and amplify the uniqueness that subscribers can expect from the offering. It is also a testament to WBD's willingness to keep boldly iterating its strategy and approach - leaning heavily on consumer data and insights - to best position itself for success. If you are allergic to our product or are experiencing moderate to severe bold iterations, please see your librarian for a book recommendation.
