It broke the budgets of major cities plus the carnage, mayhem, rapes and thefts. Every policy is a choice and for every yes to one guy it's no to another. Then again: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/05/fighting-overcriminalization-in-federal-regulations/ and I can list other victories all day long.
