Around 90% of the population has seen Doctor Who at some point in their 
lives. FACT! It would be close to 98% if the series hadn't ended in 
2017. Dig up some comparative statistics such as the number of people 
who listen to BBC Local Radio which show that it's 98% of the people in 
the coverage radius every year.
