Most people here will be "very fit for a guy my age" due to having cycled all our lives (but not necessarily "very fit for a cyclist my age"). My garmin watch keeps telling me "you're fit like a 20-year old", 5 years ago it said "you're fit like an 18-year old" (measured by speculation about VO2_Max when walking), yet I rarely keep up with the guys on road bikes.
