To correct the record, "Dr." Jill is an Ed.D., not a Ph.D.
The same semi-doctorate your local school principal probably
has to impress the parents with.

The requirements for earning an Ed.D. is on the low side of
the curve, and can vary widely between universities.

IIRC her disertation was available online from the U. of
Delaware at one time. It was full of typos and grammatical
errors.
