Hi Carlos,

To understand the esteemed Professor Lorenz, you have to realize how
incredibly ignorant he is. Only then can we possibly understand him.

I understood him. 
a. He's using an Apple Mac
b. Which has a command key on its keyboard
c. He's using Thunderbird

To understand Professor Lorenz, you have to realize he actually believes
everyone on the planet uses an Apple keyboard (which has a command key).

He's that shockingly stupid.
