A man attending a Colorado Rockies game, a guest of the luxury box
owner, sues team for having been struck in the face with a foul ball. In
part, the lawsuit blames that the team sucks, so attendees have no
reason to pay attention to the game and the man had no warning of the
incoming foul ball.

Yeah, you can put anything in the pleadings of a lawsuit but that seems
absurd.
