The shooter has a Hispanic name but was also quoted about being pissed 
about treatment of blacks and Palestinians. I'm not sure if he's a black 
Hispanic or if he's just doing the standard activist thing of taking 
offense on behalf of groups he deems oppressed.

I hope the despicable slime gets the death penalty - if DC has the death 
penalty - or, failing that, he gets life without parole.
