  AFAICT, ""Command"+"Right Arrow" isn't listed in the list:

  So it's anyone's guess what that key-combination is supposed to do,
not to mention - as 'Arlen' explained - that a normal keyboard doesn't
have a "Command" key and - adding insult to injury - that people like
'arrogant and stupid' "Troll Slootweg", don't use Thunderbird, but The
Ideal Newsreader.
