It's explicitly part of the condition which is self-limiting. The
inflammation goes away.
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/myocarditis-and-pericarditis-after-covid-19-vaccination/myocarditis-and-pericarditis-after-covid-19-vaccination-guidance-for-healthcare-professionals#post-covid-19-vaccination

It is also a condition that already exists in the general population at a
rate of 36 per 100,000 people. The vaccine-caused rate is <20 per million
doses. In the UK in 2017 there were about 2000 hospitalisations from
myocarditis. There have been less than 2000 cases IN TOTAL for the
vaccines.

Child's play. People were getting these effects BEFORE the vaccines were
being rolled out.
