You've heard of virtue signalling? A friend of mine came up with the
concept of vice signalling to describe Trump's broad, over-the-top
policies that are deliberately implemented without findings and without
neutrality, and clearly, without complying with the law in either the
Constitution or statutes, always in an us against them posture.

I like it. Let's help it to catch on.
