Even if it is all true, the Rani wouldn’t necessarily >know about it. The Timeless Child is a legend about how the Gallifreyans got their powers of regeneration. Omega's story is a legend about how the Gallifreyans conquered the vast stellar power of the Eye of Harmony, enabling them to master Time and Space travel where the equations told them they needed ludicrous power to control it. Both of these legends were two unrelated strands in the overall creation of the Time Lords of Gallifrey, which historically has been largely linked to Rassilon and not directly to Tecteun, the Doctor or Omega. RTD has now chosen to cast Omega in the role of "First Time Lord' and make a God out of him. He wasn't a God. He was a stellar engineer. Much as Sutekh wasn't originally a real God, he was just one of a group of manipulative aliens (Osirans) who played God games with the ancient Egyptians. -- There’s no point in being grown up if you can’t act a little childish sometimes.
