All of Apple's "A" series chips are widely acknowledged as best-in-class.

The C1 modem isn't responsible for WiFi connectivity at all...

....which is the same for the Qualcomm Snapdragon X75 5G it was tested 
against.

HINT: nothing you have referenced claims an "unpatchable flaw" in anything.
