I'm having a pasta concoction my wife brought in from somewhere, so it 
will be a surprise of some sort.

I've had MANY fried baloney sandwiches, most of which I made myself. 
Some of them were pretty damn good too. Sometimes with a slice of 
cheese, and even tomato. Plenty of black pepper and a dash or two of 
mild hot sauce. I like a good toasted whole grain bread for these.

I guess I should be ashamed, but by god, I'm not. I wish I had one now, 
instead of the pasta stuff.
