Works great and the B-screw actually has an effect. So yeah, the one it shipped with was just busted internally somehow. For the life of me, I can't find a diagram of what goes on inside the Tourney body and there doesn't appear to be a way in, so I'm in the dark as to exactly _what_ was wrong.
