From the updated AP article:

	Soliman's wife and five children were taken into custody Tuesday
	by federal immigration authorities and were being processed by
	Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said a DHS official,
	speaking on condition of anonymity because they were not
	authorized to speak publicly on the matter.
